New course, new projects

After a few years working in different places I can finally say that I’m back in Losar de la Vera and that a new period start with a bit more os stability. I’ll be her in the forthcoming years making the most of this teaching experience with my students. I’ll do my best.

I'm back!!!

I know that I've been lost for a while but I'm back now. Ready to share with you all the materials used in class and, of course, all the good experiences lived with my students.
Right now I'm teaching in Losar de la Vera, it is my second time here and I'm really happy with my colleagues and students. I'll be here the whole course and I promise to share with you any interesting ideas that I use in class.

Valuable Teaching Experiences

Another place gone and a new one to come,
The time I've spent in Valverde del Fresno despite being short has been really valuable and I will always remember the place, the students and the wonderful workmates that I've met in Val de Xálima.
Now, Badajoz is waiting for me again and there I go! I'll try to do my best till it lasts.

My situation...

My life is a bit busy nowadays, I mean, I'm not working in the same place for the whole year.
So far I've been in Badajoz (Bioclimático High School) and also in Miajadas (CEPA).
Instead of being a disadvantage... I think all these experiences I'm having have broaden my horizons in teaching EFL because I'm facing new groups of students from different origins and with different social backgrounds. Besides, I'm not only teaching teenagers but also adults and that also makes a difference.

Anyway, many times we've seen people complaining about their location,
not working in the same place can be seen as an awkward situation...
but I prefer to look at it in a positive way
and put a smile on my face every single day!

SUMMER HOLIDAYS!

The school has finished for everyone, even for me!!
I'll miss you all very much next year.

Se han convocado 905 plazas en Extremadura para participar en el Programa de Inmersión Lingüística del Plan Linguaex.

Estas ayudas están dirigidas a los alumnos de 1º y 2º de la ESO y ofrecen la posibilidad de pasar 12 días en uno de los lugares ofertados (dentro de Extremadura) proporcionando a los asistentes una situación de inmersión en lengua inglesa. Toda la información sobre esta ayuda se encuentra en el enlace de abajo. En la ayuda está incluido todo excepto el transporte al sitio elegido (Caminomorisco, Cáceres u Olivenza)
